My 10 year old Polaris wasn’t working properly. Instead of trying to sell me a new one, Acqua Pools said that they would try to fix the issue. In 2001, we had the good fortune of finding Acqua Pools in our search for an in-ground pool company to install a beautiful vinyl in-ground pool and to provide ongoing care, including openings and closings and updating equipment as needed. Amazing experience. During COVID when most where waiting months for a liner they said they would have it in 3-4 weeks. Three weeks later we get the call it is in and three days later we were swimming! I had them arrange for water trucks as well and that was exceptional!
